Claire Repsholdt

Claire Repsholdt is a master’s of divinity candidate at Yale Divinity School en route to ordination as a parish minister of Word and Sacrament in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. She came to the pursuit of ministry through History and finds herself seeking the sublime in such stuff as the French Revolution and the Rite of Spring. Though William Faulkner is her favorite author, since a summer of studying ancient Hebrew she can’t get enough of the book of Job. Most of all a lover of beauty, she thinks creatively about how to sift through Christian teaching to find words that speak into the chaos of a quickly changing world.
