Alex Novikoff teaches history and medieval studies at Fordham University. His research focuses on various aspects of medieval intellectual and cultural history, and on the history of Christian-Jewish-Muslim relations. He is the author of The Medieval Culture of Disputation: Pedagogy, Practice, and Performance (Philadelphia: University of Pennsylvania Press, 2013).
